‘Rayman 2: The Great Escape’ by Gameloft – Out Now (Review too)
Rayman 2: The Great Escape by Gameloft has finally been released onto the App Store. Rayman 2: The Great Escape costs $6.99 and weighs in at 248MB. Growing up as a kid, I had Rayman 2: The Great Escape for my Nintendo 64 and played it a lot. After playing this for a little bit (Rayman 2: The Great Escape for the iPhone and iPod Touch), it brings back great memories playing it as a kid on my Nintendo 64. Now, Rayman 2: The Great Escape for the iPhone still has the same authenticity and experience as the one for the Nintendo 64.
Like I said earlier, it brings back great memories when I was growing up as a kid playing Rayman 2: The Great Escape for the Nintendo 64. If you have played Rayman 2: The Great Escape for the Nintendo 64, I HIGHY recommend picking Rayman 2: The Great Escape for the iPhone up. Now, the game does have its flaws, however, the game is still great non-the-less. One of the flaws is that Rayman 2: The Great Escape has no auto-save system, some of the levels can be long and if you have to answer a phone call or something else you will have to quit the app. Closing the app then reopening will make you start at the beginning of that level. Non-the-less, Rayman 2: The Great Escape is w0rth every cent and still has the same authenticity and experience as the one for the Nintendo 64 does.
Rating: 4/5 (Great game, good controls, good graphics, no auto-saving, camera system could maybe be better)
