Now is the time folks to see if your Mac will be able to run OS X Mountain Lion — which is set to land later this month. While destroying a Mac out of anger is fun, Apple has now helped you get rid of notifications, so you can look at the problem. Mac OS X Mountain Lion came out, and made Mac so much like iOS, I feel like on an iPad when using it. Apple has made getting rid of notifications so much easier. All you need to do is flip a switch. You go into Notification Center, and slide the “do not disturb” switch on. Simple and easy way, thanks to Apple!
