‘MiniPlayer’ Jailbreak Tweak Review
This jailbreak tweak comes in handy when your hands are full and can’t pull up the task-switcher at the moment to change songs, the volume, or pause the music. MiniPlayer borrows iTunes 11’s mini-player with all of its comfort as well as convenience and it comes with two color schemes, white and black. In addition, it can also search songs through your music app or even search through Spotify.
I have an Activator action setup so I can toggle the MiniPlayer at ease, which I highly recommend. When you activate it, a small tab will appear from the side of the screen, so you’ll need to pull that tab out to view MiniPlayer. When it’s out, various gestures will show you different things and perform different actions. Tap it once and you’ll get your back, play and forward buttons. Hold the music icon (or album artwork) and you’ll pull the volume meter. Hold down on “Now Playing” section, and you’ll get the Repeat, Share, and Shuffle buttons. Tap the music icon (or album artwork) and you can open the music app, or queue songs. Then there is the search button, which we all know what it does.
If you like having that extra tweak to spice up iOS, then buy this. I bought it and I still love it. Currently MiniPlayer is $1.99 on the BigBoss repo from the Cydia store.
