The first multiplayer iOS tower defense/wars game that allows players to both defend as well as attack, Aspects TD from Sabaton Games, is now available on the App Store for $1.99. In Aspects TD, players take on the role of a demigod in the service of the goddess Ixis, protecting the land of Nymira from an invasion of dark forces. Each demigod can summon totems to defend and phantoms to attack. Because successful attacks generate money, players will need to balance between just enough totems but not too many. Each of the game’s three demigods have their own unique perks and totems that open up different strategies to take. Fans can play through the single player story mode or play their friends via Bluetooth or a local wireless network. To boot, Aspects TD has 19 levels in the story mode, however, more will be added in the future according to the developers.

“This one is for the fans!  Our team loves tower defense games, but there is a dearth of the tower wars subgenre of games for iOS devices,” Alex Zhonghui, founder, Sabaton Games, said. “Our goal was to take the very best of these games from the PC world and brings those features to the mobile gaming.”
