In the past I’ve covered new monitors from AOC as they’ve came out over the last couple years and today is no exception. Just recently the folks over at AOC announced the V2 Series of frameless monitors with a gorgeous slim design and advanced IPS panel. This new series includes a total of three monitors: a 22-inch (22V2H), 24-inch (24V2H) and finally the 27-inch (27V2H) model.
The entire lineup features an IPS panel with a frameless design and AMD FreeSync technology to boot. Those looking for a true zero-edge multi-monitor setup, these may be worth checking out.
More specifically the borderless display offers a detailed 1920×1080 (1080p) resolution coupled with a 75Hz refresh rate. Because display is using an IPS panel, it offers viewing angles of 178 degrees. Also worth noting is the V2 line also has a 20M:1 dynamic contrast ratio with a 5ms response time, and features one VGA and one HDMI input.
As of right now the V2 Series is available now at Amazon and Newegg for $99.99 for the 22V2H, $129.99 for the 24V2H and lastly $169.99 for the 27V2H.
Best known for their computer parts and peripherals, AOC has announced a refreshed version of their popular AG352UCG monitor with a higher refresh rate of 120Hz. The new AG352UCG6 monitor has all the same features as the original monitor (AG352UCG), but ups the refresh rate from 100Hz to 120Hz for smoother visuals.
The AG352UCG6 features a curved 35″ WQHD (3440×1440) panel that has a 1800R curvature for the ideal viewing angle. In addition the monitor also features NVIDIA’s G-SYNC Technology to sync the the display’s refresh rates with the user’s NVIDIA GPU. This is important as G-SYNC helps reduce screen tearing, display stutter, and input lag.
Other features include AOC monitor technologies like AOC’s FlickerFree technology and LowBlue Mode. These aim to reduce eye strain and fatigue as the target audience for this monitor includes gamers who usually play for an extended period of time.
As of right now the AG352UCG6 is available for $899 at Newegg, Micro Center and Amazon.
AOC has announced the newest member of the Agon monitor collection, the premium line of AOC gaming monitors. The new Agon monitor also packs in additional AOC monitor technologies such as Shadow Control, AOC’s FlickerFree technology and LowBlue Mode. With AOC’s Shadow Control, gamers can adjust shadow levels in the on-screen display menu to increase contrast for better dark areas without affecting the rest of the screen. The AG322QCX goes even further with its Low Blue Light mode, reducing adverse short wavelength blue light without sacrificing color quality.
Lastly, the display features AMD FreeSync technology that updates the display’s refresh rates to match the GPU in gamers’ AMD-powered computer. This technology further reduced screen-tearing, display stutter, and input lag. The AG322QCX is available at MicroCenter for $429.99.
In an exciting announcement and collaboration, AOC and legendary design house Studio F. A. Porsche have worked together to bring two brand new monitors to the market for consumers. The 24″ AOC PDS241 and 27″ AOC PDS271 sport a frameless IPS panel, an asymmetrical metal stand and ultra-slim profile.

In keeping tabs with AOC they’ve recently announced their latest monitor, the U3277PWQU. Having regularly reported on AOC‘s new monitors coming to market, this one definitely caught our eye. The U3277PWQU features an ultra-sharp resolution that’s four times higher than Full HD. In addition it also sports AOC’s Flicker-Free technology to reduce screen flashes when the screen is refreshing the image.
The AOC U3277PWQU comes in with a 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) on a VA panel. Depending on if you’re in the market for an IPS display this could be a deal breaker, but worth noting nonetheless. The refresh rate clocks in at 60Hz and a 4ms response time, so not too bad if you’re looking to do some high-end PC gaming.
In terms ergonomics, the display features height-adjustment, swivel, pivot and tilt functionality depending on your preferred viewing angle. For connectivity the U3277PWQU has DisplayPort, HDMI 2.0, DVI, VGA, and USB 3.0 pass-through connectors.
Coming in at $699 on Amazon AOC’s new monitor seems to be pretty reasonably priced, and might be a viable option for those looking to do 4K PC gaming.
