nWay Releases 3D Action Game ‘ChronoBlade’ for iOS
San Francisco based developer nWay, the same people behind Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, has released their latest action game ChronoBlade for iOS and Android. ChronoBlade is a modern version of classic 2D beat-em-ups, and improves upon the genre with skill-based action and better controls. IN total there are two different gameplay modes: Player vs. Player (PvP) and single-player campaign. In PvP mode there’s a customizable equipment system combined with varied move lists that ensure every match is a bit different.
“Millions of gamers play games on Android and iOS devices, and ChronoBlade stands among the best by delivering some seriously competitive PvP and expanded game mechanics that rival the depth of a top-tier fighting game on any other platform,” said Taehoon Kim, CEO, nWay. “ChronoBlade’s lengthy single-player mode, customizable characters and depth of combos makes it more than a simple throwback to old-school games – ignoring this one means missing out on the most modern touch-up to classic beat-em-ups yet!”
In the single-player mode players must choose amongst four heroes to lead through different realms within the Multiverse, which are alternate realities each with its own version of Earth. Every level features their own set of challenges along with plenty of enemies and bosses to battle. Those interested can check out ChronoBlade on the App Store for free by clicking here, however, there are in-app purchases.
