‘Ski Jumping Pro’ Relaunches on iOS with Huge New Update
German video game developer and publisher Kalypso Media has recently launched a much different updated version of its their winter sports title Ski Jumping Pro on iOS. The updated version of the game features an entirely new graphics engine, revamped multiplayer mode, additional courses and improved character models and environments.
We’re told that Ski Jumping Pro has been developed to accurately depict the winter sport through an immersive first-person perspective. Courses in the game have been modeled based on real-life courses to give players a the best gaming experience possible. Sticking true to its word, Ski Jumping Pro has the same obstacles like wind direction, heavy snowfall and limited visibility just like you would find in real life.
There are different control styles depending on your gaming preference, ranging from an easy touch-based control scheme to using the gyroscope to steer and move the skier. In addition to two control schemes, the game offers multiple gameplay modes with a variety of courses and challenges. For example in Career Mode players can compete for five different cups while Multiplayer Mode can be played online against friends and other gamers.
