First-person Puzzle Game ‘The Talos Principle’ Released for iOS
Independent developer Croteam, best known for Serious Sam and more, along with Devolver Digital have released their highly anticipated first-person puzzle game The Talos Principle onto the App Store. Better yet, the release of The Talos Principle is right alongside the announcement of Damjan Mravunac’s soundtrack on a limited edition two-disc vinyl set from Laced Records.
The Talos Principle features an innovative tap-to-move control system, 3D visuals, and roughly a 20 hour story full puzzles. In terms of graphics the game supports Apple’s Metal API and the developer’s very own Serious Engine to deliver pretty impressive visuals.
As mentioned earlier, the two developers have teamed up with Laced Records to sell the Damjan Mravunac’s soundtrack for The Talos Principle. The vinyl set consists of 28 tracks on two 180g LPs. Pretty neat, right?
All in all there are 120 puzzles laid out in a non-linear fashion, which is as as players can play the game at their own pace and however they like. Currently The Talos Principle is available on the App Store for $4.99 by clicking here.
