CipSoft to Release Multiplayer Online Battle Arena Game ‘Panzer League’ Later this Year
In an exciting round of news German game developer CipSoft has announced that they are planning on a worldwide release of their popular multiplayer online battle arena game, Panzer League, for iOS. Currently in soft launch across select countries in Southeast Asia, the game will be available globally as a free-to-play title. Originally launched in 2014 as a prototype, the game is laid out where two four-player teams meet to compete in action-packed battles that take place in tanks, which can be upgrades and customized as players progress through the game.
In Panzer League players can choose from 18 unique tanks across four different classes. Because of the way these classes and tanks are designed, each tank has different abilities that can be adapted to players’ combat styles. There’s also various upgrades to choose from like invisibility, healing abilities, or firepower (more damage).
While playing matches teams must wisely use resources to their disposal, and when needed, they can purchase new items. After each round players can upgrade and reconfigure their tanks, allowing them to best adapt to how the battles are going. Lastly, gamers can either play against the computer in solo or co-op mode or other players through online multiplayer.
As of now we have no word on an exact global release date, however, we’ll be sure to keep you updated as we hear more information from the developers.
