Full Season of ‘The Lion’s Song’ Released for Steam and iOS
Following our coverage earlier this month, Austrian developer Mipumi Games has finally released the fourth and final episode, Closure, of their narrative adventure game The Lion’s Song on Steam. In addition this release runs parallel to the mobile version, where players can now get the full game on mobile now as well. Referring back to my previous article, here’s a short intro to the game plus some backstory on the last episode:
For those new to The Lion’s Song, it’s a narrative adventure game series about creativity and its demons taking place in the early 20th century history. Each of the first three episodes involve taking a look at fictional Austrian artists or scientists each blessed with a creative mind. The game’s finale, Episode 4 – Closure, takes players on a mysterious journey that connects the storyline of all previous episodes.
The Season Pass for The Lion’s Song contains all four episodes and is available on Steam for PC, Mac, and Linux as well as the Mac Store for $9.99. Those who want to give the game a test run and download Episode 1 – Silence for free with each addition episode can be purchases for $3.99 each. The mobile version tells a different story with all four episodes being sold together for $4.99 with no option for a free title.
