Deep Silver Fishlabs, best known for their Galaxy on Fire franchise, has announced the release of the Gladiator update for their hit title Galaxy on Fire 3 – Manticore. Along side the update comes news that the game is now available on the App Store in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

The Gladiator update includes a brand new event mode that gives gamers the chance to show of their piloting skills throughout various challenges and in return are rewarded with exclusive spaceships. Fishlabs has also re-added the fan-favorite space scoundrel Mkkt Bkkt to organize these events in the game. As it stands the update is free to download and so is the game, however, there are optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content.
