Where have you been? When were you there? Now you can find out with Frequent Locations!
Ever wondered how often you have been to certain locations, and even where you have been in the last month? Well there is a little known feature on your iPhone that lets you see that called Frequent Locations. Enabling this feature through your iPhone’s settings menu allows you to see where you have been, and how many times you have been there in the last 6 weeks.
I know what you may be thinking. Why would you ever need to use this setting?! Well apart from the novelty factor behind it of just being able to see how many times you visit certain locations it could also be helpful should you need to prove where you have been and when. Not only does Frequent Locations track your locations, but when you were there. So should you ever find yourself in trouble with the police you may be able to prove your location.
To locate the Frequent Locations feature go Settings>Privacy>System Services>Frequent Locations. From here you will see the locations and tapping on one of these will show you where you have been on the map and more detailed information, in here you can click the location again for the times you were there. Should you want to turn this feature off you can do so in this menu.
