TinyCo and Marvel Entertainment Announce ‘Marvel Avengers Academy’
Just recently TinyCo and Marvel Entertainment announced that their upcoming adventure simulation game, Marvel Avengers Academy, is set to release sometime during Q1 of next year. Currently in development for iOS and Android, Marvel Avengers Academy will allow players to build their own Super Hero school and lead of paths of well-known super heros in their younger version.
In the game players unlock the young versions of Avengers characters through exploration, and must develop their superpowers as they play through an original storyline written by TinyCo and Marvel Entertainment. Additionally, each iconic character can be suited with unique abilities and exclusive outfits. Marvel Avengers Academy also marks the first time in Marvel history that Avengers cast has been re-envisioned as younger versions of themselves.
Players have the opportunity to build their own version of a Super Hero campus, creating the ultimate environment for aspiring young Avengers to develop their skills. In doing so, players must build and upgrade training facilities, dorms, laboratories, classrooms, sports stadiums and much more for the students.
“Marvel’s Avengers is an amazing franchise with near endless possibilities,” stated Andrew N. Green, Head of Business Operations at TinyCo. “We are excited to work closely with the team at Marvel Games on MARVEL Avengers Academy to offer a truly unique experience that will allow a broad range of players to interact with the iconic characters and universe in ways never before seen in gaming!”
Marvel Avengers Academy is developed by TinyCo and will release in Q1 of 2016 as a free game with in-app purchases.
