Apple Has Another Twitter account Under @AppleMusicHelp
Each month Apple’s presence over social media is getting more and more prominent as the tech giant looks to sway people to its new services and products, and this has led to the addition of a new Twitter account for Apple Music.
Just recently the Cupertino company started a new Twitter account “@AppStoreGames”that promotes new and current released games to the Twitter community. Whilst this originally looked to be a good way for Apple to promote games it seems like the only games getting promotion are those by the big publishers like EA, Rovio and King Entertainment.
Apple today launched a new account for Apple Music called @AppleMusicHelp, launching just after the completion of the three month Apple Music trial period with Apple obviously trying to draw more subscribers. Whilst the account appears to only be there to offer help to previous users or those considering a subscription, it is a step in the right direction as Apple try to make themselves more prominent across our social media streams and also makes it easier for us to get immediate responses from Apple as opposed to waiting for an email response days from when a help request was submitted.
