Earlier this week during Apple’s fiscal second quarter conference, Tim Cook said that the Apple Watch demand is much higher than supply, however, they are currently working on that.
“I think we’re in a good position,” Cook said. “And sometime in late June we currently anticipate being in a position where we could begin to sell the Apple Watch in additional countries. That’s our current plan.” Supply has been extremely limited since its pre-orders began on April 10th.
Some models began began delivering last week, though certain models (such as the Link Bracelet and Leather Loop), began with a 4 to 6 week shipping window and there’s no indication on when they’ll ship these models.
