iOS 8.1.3 visit data curtsey of MacRumors.
Apple is hard at work on iOS 8.1.3. The company seeded its second beta, labeled build 12B466, to it’s retail workers this week. According to a MacRumors report, engineers are trying to iron out bugs. The site notes a gradual growth in visits on devices running iOS 8.1.3. This suggests that the firmware is on its way.
iOS 8.1.3 shouldn’t be bringing any major features. Rather, we are expecting a minor release with under-the-hood bug fixes. This shouldn’t surprise anyone as iOS 8 still has some bugs that need to be worked out. Looking past iOS 8.1.3, we are also expecting iOS 8.2 to be released within the next couple of months. This larger release is believed to come with major features such as support for the Apple Watch, and a possible Apple Watch Companion app.
iOS 8.1.3 should be released to the public soon and as always, we will keep you updated and let you know when new information arises.
