‘NASCAR Manager’ from ETX Racing Gets a Major Update
Untied Kingdom-based developer, ETX Racing, has officially announced a major update to their free to play iOS game, NASCAR Manager. In addition to new achievements, rewards and changes for pit crew training, the update gives players the chance to earn their driver a place in the Chase and ultimately the trophy, playing the fresh knock-out format introduced by NASCAR for the 2014 season. Dubbed “win and you’re in”, the format sees Crew Chiefs needing to help their drivers secure at least one race win in order to hope to qualify for a spot in the 16-car first Chase race. This pack is then cut through a series of rounds from twelve to eight before finally just four remain in the hunt to be named Sprint Cup Champion. Also in this update are three new sets of boosts, Super Tires, Super Fuel and Super Chassis, which allow players to skip the pit stops and concentrate on in-game tactics.
Here are the full details of what’s new in this update:
- Play with the new official NASCAR Chase Rules for the 2014 season.
- Purchase Super Fuel, Super Tires and Super Chassis to make pit stops a thing of the past.
- 5 new achievements to unlock.
- Special Combo Packs that save you more cash.
- Store extra units of Driver Energy.
- Updates to the pitting times and pit crew training.
Best of all, you can grab the update right now for free if you’ve already downloaded NASCAR Manager. On the flip side, those who are downloading the game for their first time get the update which is included for free as well.
