“Different Worlds” Update Adds New Content to ‘Galaxy on Fire – Alliances’
Fishlabs, developers of many hit iOS titles, have announced that the official content update “Different Worlds” for their sci-fi strategy game Galaxy on Fire – Alliances is now available to download. Establishing this as Galaxy on Fire – Alliances‘ last content update for the time being, the “Different Worlds” update features both graphical as well as gameplay-specific enhancements and improvements. To get us started, a complete overhaul has been done of the 3D models of all structures in the game, adding more detail while boosting the in-game performance at the same time. In addition the manual server selection, which has been a much requested feature from fans, not only allows players to choose the servers they want to play, but also to operate differing accounts on different servers. Another important feature in this content update is the “Heat Map”, which shows the hotspots of space battles directly on the star map. Thanks to the new “cohort”, “dynamic” and “event” leaderboards, players can now compare even more statistics and achievements against each other. To wrap it all up, there are new special deals and events that will be available for a limited time only sometime in the near future.
For those interested, here’s the full list of note-worthy additions and changes in the “Different Worlds” content update:
- Server Selection: Choose the server(s) you want to play on directly and also keep different accounts on differing servers on the same device.
- New 3D models: Enjoy completely overhauled structure meshes for all three species.
