The smartphone phenomenon has swept the world, and if you are the proud owner of the latest iPhone, the most convenient, sleekest of the smartphones, undoubtedly you are hungry for the coolest apps you can download. And since there is an app for nearly everything these days, now you can find ones that are handy, convenient, and designed especially to relate to your car. Here are ten of the coolest new apps for your vehicle.
- Gas Buddy. Though it’s pretty much a one-trick pony, the specificity and hound-like way that Gas Buddy seeks out the cheapest, closest gas stations will save you in the long run, and can also help you out if you’re on the hunt for less-expensive diesel fuel.
- Parking Meter. This is a handy one if you spend a lot of time in pay parking and forget exactly where you left your car. Parking Meter helps you out by tracking your car and alerting you as to how much time remains on the meter in case you need to run back out and feed it a few more quarters.
- G-Park. This app is specifically designed for people who have a tendency to lose their cars. It keeps track of where your car is long after you’ve left it, and uses Google Maps to lead you back.
