iPhone 5 with a slide-out keyboard? Are you kidding me? Anyway, all jokes aside, for now, a Taiwanese site Apple.pro reports that Apple has been testing three different prototypes for the iPhone 5, with one of those including a slide-out keyboard. Translation from the website:

While a iPhone 5 with a slide-out keyboard wouldn’t be super bad I suppose, but it doesn’t make sense why Apple would alter the iPhone that greatly. They’ve polished iOS so well, and the virtual keyboard on it is just fine. While flexibility is nice, a slide-out keyboard still doesn’t make much sense to me at least. However it will be interesting to see what will happen and as always, you can expect to be updated as time progresses.
