For those of you who don’t have the iPhone and iPod Touch version, it currently costs a somewhat reasonable price of $6.99 and weighs in at 551 MB. I’ve spent a decent amount of time with the iPhone and iPod Touch version and it’s a very good game. If you’re into JRPGs (or even RPGs alone) it’s definitely worth picking up if you can spare the money, however, if you can’t, then wait for a price drop. The Retina Display graphics are beautiful and the gameplay is amazing as well. The game runs smooth on my iPod Touch 4G and the loading times are considerably low I’d have to day. The controls are pretty good and you can change some settings around to change the gameplay to suit your needs as well. The only thing I dislike about this game is that there are only certain places you can save the game, you can’t save any time or any place, only at certain locations. But besides that, the game is great, it deserves a 4.5/5 from me at least.
