4th Generation iPod Touch Teardown Pictures
iFixit has finally gotten their hands on the brand new 4th generation iPod Touch and has already been torn down. The 4th generation iPod Touch surprisingly only has 256 MB of RAM and not 512 MB of RAM like the iPhone 4. It does, however, have the Apple A4 chip just like the iPad and the iPhone 4.
