Gameloft has just released a new trailer for their upcoming game, Spider-Man: Total Mayhem, onto Youtube. As you can tell from the title, this is a “comic” trailer, so  won’t be a lot of gameplay, however, near the end of the video there’s some gameplay footage:

Gameloft plans on releasing Spider-Man: Total Mayhem sometime in September and in late June, some screenshots were released which you can see here. No word if there will be a iPad specific version, but for now, we will just have to wait and see.
