How to: Fix the iPad “App Store is not supported in your country” Error
If you bought an iPad on launch day and you live out side of the US, and get the following error message: “App Store is not supported in your country”, here’s how to fix it:
- Set-up a free US iTunes account
- Open the iPad iTunes Store app
- Scroll down to the bottom and log out of your international account
- Log back in with your US iTunes account
- Open the App Store app
- And boom the App Store app now works!
Only bad thing is though, is that all your apps downloaded will be locked to your US iTunes Account, not your other account. To buy apps, you will need a US credit card or a US iTunes Giftcard.
