GodFinger by Ngmoco has been released in Canada. GodFinger is free, but it has in-app purchases. This payment model is like Ngmoco‘s Eliminate, which you can play as much as you want to, but to level up faster you have to purchase stuff. Ngmoco says that GodFinger will be available worldwide soon. You could wait or just get a Canada iTunes Account. GodFinger, obviously, has Plus+ integration too.
