Crescent Moon Games has been very successful with their App Store development career ever since their first game, Ravensword: The Fallen King, was released onto the App Store quite sometime ago. Now, they have been working on several games that are looking very, very promising – one of which is, Pocket RPG. Just recently, Crescent Moon Games released some details on Pocket RPG and definitely should be a game to add to your “Games to pickup when released” list. The story of Pocket RPG goes as:
You awake in the dark to the sound of movement up ahead. No memory, no name, and no idea where you are. The only thing certain is the need to escape quickly, and that movement up ahead… is hungry.
Crescent Moon Games has said that it will have a iPad specific version at the launch of Pocket RPG along with many other things. Here’s the full feature set list:
- Full iPad iOS Support
- Random level generation.
- Amazing stylized 3D environments, monsters and characters.
- 3 Character classes 3 different playing styles.
- Dual stick for moving and attacks.
- Automatic skills/stat progression based on the items your character equips.
- Fast 30 minute dungeon crawling, unlimited replay-ability.
- Lots of Looting.
- Swarms of creatures to take out with devastating combo moves.
- Boss encounters.
- Leader Boards, Achievements and Unlockables.
- Arcade Play (Save point), or Rogue Play (Perma death) options.
As of now, the exact release date is not known, however, it will probably released later this year or early next year. As always, PocketFullOfApps will keep you updated as time progresses.
