Earlier today, I did a post on how yet another iPhone 4G prototype found its way into the wild. Now, the tech specs have been released of this new iPhone 4G prototype. The tech specs for the new iPhone 4G prototype are as follows:

• Apple A4 custom silicon system on a chip processor
• 256MB RAM

As for the GPU (graphics processing unit) I am not aware if there is a change or it is still the same. I expect that there is a change, which is probably that the new iPhone 4G prototype has the same GPU as the iPad does. Also, the Apple A4 custom silicon system on a chip processor and the 256MB RAM bring this iPhone 4G prototype up to par with the iPad’s tech specs as well. Yet another iPhone 4G prototype has been found out in the wild, however, something is different in this finding. In this finding, the iPhone 4G prototype was found over seas and posted on a Vietnamese web site forum. Another thing is that the iPhone has not been bricked by Apple just yet. The iPhone 4G prototype appears to say “Inferno” on the screen with some text on the bottom that indicates the battery life is at 24%. So, it is able to turn on and isn’t bricked just yet. Now, you may be asking “How did this iPhone 4G prototype find its way into the wild?”, well a Vietnamese businessman had bought the iPhone 4G in the U.S. together with an iPad. But how and why would it be sold with an iPad? I’m not sure, however, this is very interesting.

There are also differences between these two iPhone 4G prototypes. The first iPhone 4G prototyped that was leaked via Gizmodo had an unspecified amount of storage space, while the new iPhone 4G prototype leak says that there is 16GB of storage inside. Another difference is that the first leaked iPhone 4G prototype had “DVT” on it, which means: design verification test. Now, this new iPhone 4G prototype leak doesn’t have “DVT” on it, which is very interest is to why. On top of all those other things, this new iPhone 4G prototype doesn’t have screws on the bottom, while the first iPhone 4G prototype leak had screws.

So, do you think this is a fake? I’m not completely sure to believe this or not. PocketFullOfApps will post more information as it is released.

Apple has announced its WWDC 2010 which will start June 7th and end on June 11th. This is probably when the iPhone 4G will be announced and maybe even released. Also, Apple may shed more light on iPhone OS 4.0 as well. This WWDC will probably mostly be focused around the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, and App Store apps judging from the picture.
