Anyone who has spent time watching sports networks, patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for the scrolling data displayed at the bottom of the screen to get to their sport of choice or impart the final score for the game played by their favorite team is no doubt intimately acquainted with a feeling of frustration. Bleacher Report then provides you with any news related to your selections, including stories gleaned from a variety of news networks and publications, websites and blogs, and even social networking outlets like Twitter and Facebook. In many cases you’ll be the first to receive this information, and thanks to the sharing features in the app you can forward exciting news, amusing stories, and breaking headlines to your family, friends, and other sports fans via email, Facebook, and Twitter.

And recent updates have made the app even better. In addition to getting up-to-the-minute reports for your favorite NFL, NBA, MLS, or NHL (or other sports) teams, you can now get push notifications for news on the Olympic Games, with information on updated rosters, injury reports, and of course, scores and standings for different events. While there are many apps out there that can offer sporting news, few can deliver the appeal of one-stop sports stores that Team Stream gives you.
