How to: Find your Mac UDID for Beta Testing
So you want to beta test an upcoming Mac App Store app or game, but you don’t know how to find your UDID to send to the developer? Well no problem about that, cause I’m here today to help with that. It’s pretty simple actually, all you’ve gotta do follow the steps below and you’ll be on your way to beta testing that Mac App Store game/app.
- First, click on the Apple logo at the top left of your Mac menu bar
- Go to: About This Mac -> More Info… -> System Report
- Make sure Hardware is selected at the top left.
- The very last entry on the list to the right will be your Hardware UUID which you will send to the developer for beta testing.
Enjoy!
